I found the breakfast to be good, it included salmon, various cereals, cheeses, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. the staff at breakfast were so attentive. the hotel room was great, and the beds provided amazing comfort. the reception area had hot tea available along with leftover pastries from breakfast. My daughter loved the candy bar! i really appreciated that we could open the window for fresh air, especially since the room could get warm.
I thought the lobby felt a little uninviting. There wasn't a comfortable space to gather or relax. the bar area seemed small, maybe a touch too compact for my taste. i was hoping for a more cozy place.

the location provided easy access to major attractions, everything was easily accessible. the hotel sits on a quiet street, it ensured restful nights, which i appreciate. the subway was only about seven minutes away, i found it beneficial.

the hotel's location IS excellent (it is very central). The room was a good size with a functional layout. i liked the non-carpeted floors! the breakfast WAS good.
it WAS very NOISY. i could hear everything because the entire hotel has tile floors, so noise carries in the hallways. i could hear people on the streets talking all night.

the breakfast buffet was a big plus. it had a very good selection for vegetarians. i also liked the hotel location a lot. it was close to graben and other tourist sites.
the room was really cold. the toilette did not have addition heating. the room cleaning service also lacked many things.
